I am trying to use the IOS app on my iPhone 6plus but when I go to try too setup the app on my phone I get the error “This operation couldn’t be completed. (Cocoa Error 3840)”

I have looked and have not been able to find a reason for this. Please help.

    Thanks

Seems like your server block requests from iOS application:

    Error 403: Forbidden
You don’t have permissions to access this page.
This usually means that .htaccess contains instructions that prevent access to this url

You can give me temporary FTP access to your server, so I can try to solve your problem. Use Contact page for credentials.

Well honestly I would rather learn to do it my self. I can send you my .htaccess file or if you could tell me what to look for I would really appreciate it. I am still learning. Thank you a head of time.

I’m not 100% sure if it is .htaccess file. If I could find the problem and fix it on your server that’s could help others who have such error.
Anyway it’s your choice. Look in .htaccess something like this: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/11584101/restrict-post-request-the-server
