flash instaed of jquery

hello,
i have installed slider,
this one

there is a jquery version,
but on my site
http://dev.webforsellers.com/lighter/portfolio
it is a really very importatnt for me to use jquery version.
i have tried much ways , but i cound’t to show this slider with
thumbnails working in jqury mode.
Please advice me what should i do to get it in jquery mode?
