We are moving our WordPress website from one host to another. Is there an easy way to move all the galleries and data in the plugin? I can not find the pictures we used originally and just would like to move all the data from our current installation and transfer it to the new location. Is this possible? Does this make sense?

It is possible if you move DB tables and gallery files to other server.

Database tables: wp_flag_album, wp_flag_gallery, wp_flag_pictures
Galleries folder path: /wp-content/flagallery

Other folders that are not required to move and can be installed via admin:
Plugin folder path: /wp-content/plugins/flash-album-gallery/
Skins folder path: /wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins/
