Problem creating a Gallery – Gmedia

When I want to create a new gallery, a modal appears prevents to select any option, because it appears on the entire screen as I show in the attachment.

Help me please.

This is conflict with some other plugin, which loads own JS on all admin pages instead of only on own admin pages. Try disable other plugins one by one to find which one bad coded and is in conflict with Gmedia.
