I have just upgraded to wordpress version 3.9. I have a message that is asking me to run the updater for Gmedia. When i run it I get a fatal error. See attached screen shot
I now have no gallery images showing on my website so resolution is urgent. Please advise
You can give me temporary access to your WP admin, so I can try to solve your problem. Send credits in private or via Contact page.
I’ve got a similar problem but no “fatal error. Just the updater starts and seem to do nothing for hours.
When I enter my HP I get the message that there are no galleries at all. As Admin I am not able to enter GmediaGallery to do/change something
This happened to at least 2 of my 4 HP.
But clearly visible on http://www.helmutlohkamp.de
Whenever you need sth from me just let me know.
BTW I followed the steps describes in help and deactivated all plugins and changed to a default design.
These actions did not change a thing.

I tried to reply to your mail but got it returned with error.
When I click on contact I get an exclamationmark not to use ist for support questions.
Because I am from Germany and not a native speaker I get a little lost at this point.
Do I have to place the information for the access here?
Use Contact page to send me credentials: https://codeasily.com/contact/
You’ve already ask support here, but to send me access to your WP admin use Contact form.
Same problem I face on: http://www.ekhn-partnerschaft-rh.de
This HP is maintained by me too. Is there anything I could do? Or do I have to bother you each time?
I now hesitate to update another HP I own because of that.
Is there something I’d care for or have to change beside the PHP limit?
Thanks in advance
Be sure you have enough PHP Memory Limit on your server. Minimum: 128Mb. Recommended: 256Mb.
If some images after update have no thumbnails, contact me and I’ll try to fix that.
