Icon in visual editor, FlAGallery button in HTML editor and FlAGallery link in Upload / Insert: section. GRAND Pages is a full window gallery template. You can insert it in your menus, just go to Menus page and be sure you've check GRAND Pages checkbox in Screen Options section.
