I installed the clock Plug-in at the same time like I made the gemedia gallery update.March 4, 2016 at 22:59 in reply to: Since last Update to Version 1.8.07 the galeries can't be opened #6652

Sorry, but after update to version 0.9.13. ist isn#t possible to delete anything out of the gallery. I reset Gmedia settings like You recommended to me, but it has no effects for this problem.
Ones more i extend You to send a zip-file with the complete grand-media folder under wp-content to clear the reasons for the problems.

You wrote: “I need access to your WP admin, so I can see the problem closer.”
Thank You for Your offer to help. But please comprehend that I don’t like give anyone FTP or admin access. I can give You an Zip file with complete content of Grand-media-Folder under wp-content. Does it help You ?
I tried ones more to delete image datasets with missed image files, it isn’t possible (also after Update to 0.9.11)

Thank You very much. Two of the issues i wrote are solved now in Version 0.9.10:
“3. The thumbnails show not the correct images, the show an image of an other album or no thumbnail. ”
“5. The module thumbnails in the gallery manager overlap the gallery names – it makes it very difficult to use the gallery manager.”
But the impossibility of deletion of image data sets in the library is a grave fault yet.

I have made a detailed description about my second, third an d fourth issues. It is a pdf-file with text, pixel graphics and some weblinks to pages of my blog.
URL: http://blog.berndreichert.de/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/Probleme%20mit%20Gmedia%200.9.8.pdfApril 27, 2014 at 10:02 in reply to: New Update Issues #2826
For my third item:
At http://blog.berndreichert.de/?page_id=7462 the first image of the first gallery has id 5495 (that’s correct) and the thumbnail has the id 5406 (That’s wrong !).
The image with id 5406 is on first position of the seventh gallery on this page. But for id 5406 is now shown any thumbnail. It’s a confusion.
Some time the thumbnail for image id 5495 is an other thumbnail id, it changes sometimes.
This problem is valid for all images of allgalleries in all cases with more than one edited gallery on a page.
For my fourth item:
I wrote that I have image datasets from what the image files were lost during the database update, and I wrote that I tried to restore the image files (*.jpg files) with the same file name and at the same directory. But GMedia could not show the restored image in the library and at the album edit view. That’s why I loaded-up the the lost image file one’s more and made a new dataset (with “Add media file”). And after this I tried to delete the dataset with the lost image file, but it was impossible.April 27, 2014 at 00:55 in reply to: New Update Issues #2824
Sorry, but my impression about new Version (have 0.9.8 installed) is very bad. it has a lot of faults.
1. I had to start the database update more than 20 times, since it was interrupted after a few items, with or without error message.
2. During database update a lot of image files were lost, and it is not possible to clear this mistake by restoring the lost files, since the image size datas are lost too and are not possible to restore. The consequence is that the restored images are not visible inside the library and in the album view.
3. The thumbnails show not the correct images, the show an image of an other album or no thumbnail. Example: http://blog.berndreichert.de/?page_id=7462
4. it is not possible to delete any item. If I selct an item for deletion and start the “delete”-function, the side mimes deletion of the item, but it will not deleted realy.
5. The module thumbnails in the gallery manager overlap the gallery names – it makes it very difficult to use the gallery manager.
All listed faults were not actually in the former version 0.3.6.
I use Mozilla Firefox.(V. 28.0)
