3D cube skin

I have bought the pro version of flagallery, uploaded the 3d cube skin and 3d sphere, however it only works on the computer website but does not work on mobile devices or Ipads. how do I get this to work.

I have tried adding the above plugins but still having problems please could you check this for me and advise further.
