    Hi – I have purchased and activated the gallery plugin however it is still showing as an unregistered version on the live site.

    Any ideas?

    Update plugin to the latest version and activate license key.
    In older version versions after activation you need Save settings.

    I just purchased your plug and I am having the same issue. It keeps saying Buy License Now. I have the latest version as well. How do I solve this?

    How long do responses take for customers who bought a key?

    Try go to WordPress Settings page -> General -> change your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) to lowercase -> Save changes

    That did it. I believe it was the wordpress site address. I guess you can’t use different case letters.. Thanks
