Add description to bottom of images in Phantom

My friend Steven at http://stevenforbesdesoule.com/ uses phantom as his gallery plugin. When the thumbnail is clicked and the lightbox image is displayed, both the image name and a description are displayed when hovered. I am rebuilding lindadaltonpottery.com to be an up to date, responsive website using Steven’s site as a theme. How do I add the description, and can I set the font, font size, color, etc…

I figured out how to put the descriptions in, still not sure how to do the font, size, color, etc…

You can change Phantom fonts and colors only with CSS.
