Adding Tags to the top of the page of each gallery

I have a website for a bakery that I am working on. I was wondering since I can’t seem to figure it out on the free version if the payed version allows you to do the following.

If i have a main gallery of cakes… and have different images tagged under it like chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, gluten free etc…
I would like for the main page of cakes to show all then at the top of the page when you click on chocolate, vanilla, red velvet, gluten free etc… for the page to only show just that specific category. Much like the default portfolio plugin does on a wordpress site.

I purchased a template that does not have that installed and can’t seem to find where to download it from. If anybody can share with me how to get this feature to work if it even allows for it or if anyone knows of a plugin that would work with this with multiple galleries that would be great.
