    It says this module will work on Apple Devices with jQuery. Is there a separate install for that? It appears that its just Flash for me, which doesn’t work on any iPads.

    Be sure that page don’t have any javascript errors.
    Also check if your theme have <?php wp_footer(); ?> function in footer.php file.
