Camera details / when taken & uploaded

I added some new pictures to my albums and all new pictures show the camera details & settings, how do I remove this? Also all new uploaded pictures show when they are taken and uploaded, how do I remove this?
All my previous pictures that were already in the albums don’t show this information.

Please let me know how to remove this info from showing in the albums and how I can block this from showing with future uploaded images.

I am using Phantom Pro.

Before uploading images I use an application to remove camera details from the images. It is called Batch Purifier (free version). It works good and fast. Here is a download link: http://www.digitalconfidence.com/BatchPurifier.html.

Thank you Reino. Is this the only option?
Because that means I have to upload all the pictures again and start all over…

Besides I did not have this problem with my previous pictures in the gallery.
