Can not install additional Modules

Hi I am unable to install different modules. I’ve tried both the “install module” button on the Modules tab as well as downloading the zip file and installing it via the “install module zip” button on the top of the Modules page. No matter which way I try, I get the message “file system error”.

Do I need to upgrade in order to use the additional modules?

I should add, I’ve also tried both methods of install with several different modules.

Ok. Seems like your server have some restrictions..
Try download module ZIP -> unzip it and upload module folder via FTP to ‘/wp-content/grand-media/module/’ directory
