Can only view thumbnails

gallerys are on marshistory.org/photos-2
and marshistory.org/photos-3
I can view thumbnails with out issues but if I click on a thumbnail to view full size I only get a black box with an X in it
when I add photos they don’t seam to copy to the webview folder all the time like they used to. Please help

Be sure that webview folders are created in each gallery folder and have write permission.
Go to admin’s Manage Galleries page and select problematic gallery with checkbox -> in Actions dropdown select “Create images optimized for web” and click Apply.
