Tagged: uploading error
Hi all, please help!
I’ve just installed this great plugin, but faced the following problem:
I created an album and uploaded 10 images into it. Everything went well, no errors, I got message “upload finished”. But when I go back to album, it’s empty.
Tried to re-upload again, the same thing – everything is great, message “upload finished” is there, no errors. But after going back to album, pictures are nowhere to be found.
Then I uploaded same pictures directly to wp-media and tried to import from there. But I was able to import only one image, the smallest in size, then I got an error:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 188481536) (tried to allocate 3648 bytes) in /var/www/vhosts/2/108685/webspace/httpdocs/ingrp.ru/wp-includes/class-wp-image-editor-gd.php on line 311
This is not a problem with storage space, because I tried uploading duplicates of the same pictures directly to wp-gallery, and it worked.
I do not have access to ftp at the moment. Can I do something with it?
Ask your hosting provider to increase PHP Memory Limit.
