can't use options window because it pops up on extreme left

from WP gallery, when i click on actions > import, the popup box appears on the extreme left

how do we fix this?

It is plugins conflict. It happens when some other bad coded plugin load their JS and CSS on all admin pages.
Update Gmedia to latest version and enable in Gmedia Settings new option called “Isolation Mode”.

If you want to find which plugin is conflicting you need to disable all other plugins one by one and check if it’s solve your problem.
