    Hi,

I’m building a website for a client (http://rhema.schoolnewsassistant.com/) and I have several galleries scattered throughout the site. All seemed to be working well until about a week ago, when my client asked me to add a couple more pictures to existing galleries. Everything is working fine on my end, but my client says she can’t see the new photos, only the old ones.

    Here’s an example: http://rhema.schoolnewsassistant.com/activities-and-events/athletics/soccer/

I see 4 photos in the slider. My client sees 2. She says she’s cleared her cache and cookies, rebooted her computer, and even tried on a different computer. I’m trying to get more information about her browser, but at the moment, I’m at a loss as to what could be happening. Have you seen anything like this before? Do you have any advice?

    Thank you!

My client is using Internet Explorer 9. When I pulled up the site in IE 10 (what I currently have on hand), I actually wasn’t able to see any of the sliders–just a big blank area where they should have been. I’ll try IE 9 in a moment, but any advice you could give me would be much appreciated.

    Thanks.

I can see gallery on all my desktop browsers: IE10, Chrome, Firefox. All Desktop browsers shows me 2 pictures, but on my iPhone and Nexus 7 I can see 4 images. If you have some cache plugins installed on your WordPress or on server, then try to clear this cache or reset.
