Codeasily.com will not let me purchase license key

while going thru checkout after entering all my info, the bottom of the page says: “Your order You are not allowed to be here”.

tried 3 different browsers.

ok, it let me purchase the key and the payment has been withdrawn from my paypal account but did not provide me a license key….

Our payment system (2checkout) checks your payment. As soon as your payment reviewed through 2CO fraud systems you’ll receive license key in email.
Check spam folder if you didn’t get it yet.
