Tagged: updated thumbnail
Hello, thank you in advance if you can help me, I just started using the gallery with phantom, at the moment I liked it, but there is a function that apparently should work correctly, and is to “customize thumbnail” … take a part of the image as a miniature would be great, I do it by editing thumbnails, it shows me the area that I select, and I even get a message in red saying “updated thumbnail” but it does not update and stays the same, thanks if you can guide me where I should look for this error, thousand thanks
Hi. Did you rename the image before you tried to update it?
Thank for help, nothing not see where change name after update thumbnail …
You rename the changed thumbnail and re-upload it?
Try clear browser cache after updating the thumbnail.

Hello friends, I decided to install gmedia, apparently it is more complete, with the phantom module, but the same problem, I do not see where to show a part of the image in the thumbnail, that is, allow me to resize the thumbnail at ease.
In the description of the module it says:
You can easily change the size of the miniatures and I do not see where, they could tell me if I’m wrong and you can not or if you can be guided by where I do it, a thousand thanks in advance
You can set thumbnail size for the grid right in the skin/module settings: go to the “Thumb Grid General” section and set thumbnail size to fit your needs.
