Error Uploading Images to Phantom Module

While uploading images, I continuously get this error:

“Could not read image size. Invalid image was deleted.”

Please explain and provide a solution.

Its could be some server restrictions or plugin conflict.
Try disable other plugin one by one and check if it help, so you can find plugin which conflict with Gmedia.
Also you can try play with uploader settings placed in “Screen Options” at top right corner of “Add Gmedia” page.
