Gallery not loading scripts in GavernWP Theme

As stated in topic Gallery is not loading it’s scripts in this theme thus not showing at all.
When I change theme to WordPress standard “Twenty Thirteen” it works just fine.
After changing back to Gavern gallery is still there, but after “hard refresh” (Ctrl+F5) it disappears.

I’m using Firefox and gallery should be showing up here:

P.S.
I don’t have any more plugins installed, only standard: Askimet & Hello Dolly (which are disabled).
I’ve tried renaming .htaccess, but it renders site unusable (subpages aren’t loading, only main one).
