gmedia gallery not working on 2 sites

the 2 sites im trying to use this gallery on, both use the same theme, do not work:

cannot figure this out! any ideas? thanks.

The first site is working. Here is screenshot

But on second site there is error loading gmedia assets:
Failed to load resource /wp-content/plugins/grand-media/inc/load-styles.php?c=1&load=2,3
Failed to load resource /wp-content/plugins/grand-media/inc/load-scripts.php?c=1&load=2,3

Check if you have .htaccess file in wp-content directory and delete it or rename.
If not, then problem is in some server’s settings which restrict direct access to php files in plugins directory.

this is what i have on the first site?
they are on same server so that shouldnt be an issue, and similar plugins, ill keep playing with it.

Note: when gallery runs first time or if there are no thumbnails created for some added images, then you’ll see progress bar as on screenshot (creating thumbnails).
If you chage thumbnail size in module settings you’ll see progress bar again, because new thumbnails need to be created. More images will take more time to generate thumbs.

but theres only 15 images on that gallery, on this browser it shows loading 206 and when i let all load it just shows error images, its weird. works in safari though.

also cannot figure anything out for the 2nd one, would it be a plugin conflict? no htaccess in that folder, redid bulletproof security and thats not it either.

I can see only 15 images and no errors or progress bar.
Try clear browser cache.

Can you send me FTP access to your second site, so I can look closer on your problem (tomorrow)?

updated jquery and the plugin itself to .93, and i cant get it to show at all! any help? thanks!

Your server restrict access to files:

Ask your hosting about this problem.

Could it be another plugin causing the issue like bulletproof? It works on the other site with the same server.

Yes. Try deactivate other plugins one by one and check if problem gone.
I remember that one plugin called something like “iCloud importer” can cause this problem.
