I am using the Gmedia phantom gallery and i have put the gallery short code in the Toggle module of the Divi theme and the gallery images are displacing vertically in the Firefox browser (please see attachment). If i am in admin mode, the gallery displays correctly. Both IE and Chrome displays galleries correctly without any issues. Here is the link to the page thats having issues: http://abloom.cactusweb.co.za/gallery/. I am not really sure how to fix this one and was hoping someone could let me know.

Did you try to increase “Delay for Thumbnail Positioning” on Advanced Settings tab?
Try set it from 100 to 1000.

    Hi Rattus

Thank you for your quick responses but unfortunately I have tried changing the settings as you indicated but still behaving the same. I have even put 1000 and that didn’t help. Can I send you the login details so you can check further?

Clear your browser cache and check now: http://abloom.cactusweb.co.za/gallery/
I’ve improved a little CSS for open / hide blocks with galleries, so now it is not jumping and titles looking nicer when block opened.

I have cleared the cache from my browser but the issue still persists, please see attached screenshot. I have also tested on another computer that never opened that website and its same. Chrome and IE displays correctly. The strange thing is whilst in Firefox, if I make the browser view smaller and then maximize it again, the galleries then displays correctly in columns across the content width.

Thank you again for you time on this.

Thank you very much Rattus, its now working fine. Can you please let me know the changes you did to make it work, just in case I encounter the same issue on another website or someone else has the same issue.

I’ve modified Phantom module a little and install new version (v2.6) via admin panel. This fix will be available in next plugin version.
If it’s not hard for you, then please rate my plugin here: http://wordpress.org/support/view/plugin-reviews/grand-media
It is very important for me. Thanks.

    Hello.
I have problem with phantom gallery (2.6) in firefox too (see img) and can’t find parameter “Delay for Thumbnail Positioning” in Advanced Tab.

I’ve deleted parameter “Delay for Thumbnail Positioning” in Advanced Tab by mistake. Will add it in next plugin version soon.
