Hello.
I need your help. I’m using Grand Flagallery Greestyle Pro skin on my main domain (http://www.barrickworld.com/print-ad-samples-satu-y-march-3-2012-2/) and it works perfectly.
Until a week ago, it was also working on my sub-domain, but now it’s not working on the sub-domain (http://www.theroigroup.com/work-samples/print-ad-gallery/).
I’ve gone to the Grand Flagallery “Skins,” and placed the license key you provided in the designated area and saved it. I then tried to install the GreenStyle Pro skin, but it won’t install. BTW, when I opened the “skins”, the existing skin was Minima. But, I never purchased or have used Minima.
I found the original zipped plugin (flash-album-gallery) and tried to install it via “add new plugin”, but get the following message: “Destination folder already exists. /home3/barrickw/public_html/theroigroup/wp-content/plugins/flash-album-gallery/Plugin install failed.”
I went to the host server (public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/flash-album-gallery) and found the following files: banner_default, banner_widget_default, compact_music_player, minima_jn, music_default, video_default. But, did NOT find GreenStyle Pro.
Should I delete this version of “flash-album-gallery” from the host server and re-install the original plugin with GreenStyle Pro
PLEASE advise.
Thank you.

August 6, 2015 at 20:25 #5385RattusKeymasterBe sure all images in gallery can be viewed in backend. Seems like some images can’t be loaded and this call error.
To reinstall plugin you should first delete ‘/plugins/flash-album-gallery/’ folder from the server.
Plugin goes with few free bundled skins (including Minima skin).
Skins for Flagallery plugin placed in ‘/plugins/flagallery-skins/’ folder. Please provide access to your wordpress admin if you need help with plugin.

Good afternoon. Upon further investigation of the host server (bluehost), I believe the issue is related to multiple flash-album-gallery plugins on the host server.
Flash-album-gallery “A” does NOT have GreenStyle Pro skin included (only Minima). It is located on the host server at: /public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/flash-album-gallery/skins
Flash-album-gallery “B” DOES have GreenStyle Pro skin included (and others, including Minima). It is located on the host server at: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins
I believe http://www.theROIgroup.com is connected to flash-album-gallery plugin “A”, (without GreenStyle Pro). Which would explain why GreenStyle Pro will not play or be installed.
I believe http://www.barrickworld.com is connected to flash-album-gallery “B” with the GreenStyle Pro skin. This would explain why the GreenStyle Pro skin works correctly.
I think http://www.theROIgroup.com is connected to the wrong flash-album-gallery “A” at: /public_html/dev/wp-content/plugins/flash-album-gallery/skins (which DOES NOT HAVE the GreenStyle Pro skin)
Could you please try to connect http://www.theROIgroup.com to the correct flash-album-gallery “A” with the GreenStyle Pro skin at: /public_html/wp-content/plugins/flagallery-skins.
Should I provide both login and passwords to WordPress Admin area and Bluehost Admin areas here or a separate, private address?
Thank you.

August 6, 2015 at 23:50 #5395RattusKeymasterWhen you install Flagallery plugin (flash-album-gallery folder) it automatically creates separate folder for skins (flagallery-skins folder), so when you update plugin to new version installed skins are in save and will not be erased.
I can’t remember why, it is long story, but you’ve received your MINIPack license for free for http://barrickworld.com/ website.
If you need license for http://www.theROIgroup.com/ website then you should purchase another license. One license works only on one website.
Here is purchase page: http://mypgc.co/membership/If you need help with installing plugin then provide login info to your WordPress.

I have a primary domain and a sub-domain, they are considered a single account at Bluehost and share the same server Admin area. Perhaps this is part of the problem, but I recall the GreenStyle Pro skin previously working on both sites correctly.
I’m not sure why I have two flash-album-galleries, it’s very possible I didn’t install correctly.
Lets assume I purchase a new license, can you help install and straighten out any residual issues?
Again, should I provide login info via this forum board, or is there a private email address I should use?
Thanks,
Bill Barrick
