How can I get this shopping cart plug in to work with Gmedia?

I would like to add a shopping cart plug in called WP Simple Paypal Shopping cart. It’s great plug in ! I tried experimenting with the shortcode the plug in supplies. I added the shortcode in the description area where my pics are in the Gmedia library. But it’s not adding the cart at the bottom of the pic where it’s supposed to be. With that said, what do you think is wrong? Or am I putting the shortcode in the wrong area?
