How to disable comments from users in Gmedia?

I already unchecked at the Common Settings of Phantom Module Settings. But still i see the coments in some Albums

You can disable comments in WordPress Settings -> Discussion -> “Allow people to post comments on new articles”.

Also if you select items in Gmedia Library and click Batch Edit in Action dropdown you can set Comment Status to Closed.
