How to set up multiple galleries

How do I set up multiple galleries that show separate photos. I have 3 galleries set up but they all 3 show the same photos in the entire media library. I want each different gallery to show its specific photos that relate to that gallery. then have those gallery each load up on the same page that the audience can view one at a time.

First you need to assign categories and maybe tags to your images. Then, when you create gallery or edit it, choose category or labels from which to grab images (See Query Builder section on Basic Setup tab).
If you set for each gallery to grab images from different categories, then galleries will show different photos.
