How to switch from FLAGallery to Gmedia Gallery?

Hello everybody,

I have a WP blog with more than 200 Gallerys of the FLAGallery plugin. All of my galleries are shown in different posts and they are displayed by the tag [flagallery gid=163]. Now I want to switch to the Gmedia Gallery, because I need a nice gallery without flash.

Is it possible to switch/convert my gallerys to Gmedia without editing the tag in every post? How could I do it?
