I cant change thumbs and preview image in video

the video issue i am having that gmedia holding old images, i cant set a new image thumb nail or preview from admin, if i see thumbnail working on backend but not affecting frontend

i am in vanilla wordpress with wp Rocket cache plugin

Well, you’ve already answered your question. Rocket cache plugin shows cached page with old thumbnail. You should clear cache to see the changes.
