Issues on password protected websites

First, thank you for a GREAT photo gallery plugin. You’ve provided everything I need for dealing with large galleries that are functional and pretty. Some of my projects are posted on password-protected websites. When the site is public, everything works as expected. When I turn on password protection for certain folders on my server then the galleries in those folders no longer display the photos — I can see the gallery framework but the photos are replaced with progress icons as though the images are trying to load but can’t. Suggestions for how to resolve this would be much appreciated.
