Licence key doesn't work

Hey,

I bought a licence key (Order: #2189) for a Gmedia Gallerie, but the licence key doesn’t work.

The error message is: “Error: website”

It’s for the website http://neu.holztreppen-chiemgau.de (in development). After relaunch the domain is http://www.holztreppen-chiemgau.de

When the licence-code is strict associated with the website-url, how can wie solve this problem?

Do I need another key when I relaunch my website with http://WWW.holztreppen-chiemgau.de? Or is the “www.” not importent? I register without www. but this will be the final domain -> http://www.holztreppen-chiemgau.de

www. is ignored, so license key will work with or without www.

You have two license keys: one for dev site and another for public. Did you change key when your domain name changed?

Yes, I did!

“neu.holztreppen-chiemgau.de” was the subdomain for development. This subdomain is now deleted.

I just need a key for http://www.holztreppen-chiemgau.de

Key you’re using is for subdomain.
