Lightbox problem: Gallery undefined

Hi. When I click on an image in the gallery, expecting it to open in a lightbox, the URL for each image is always “#!gallery-29-undefined”. The images don’t load.

I’ve tried to find something related to this in the settings, but don’t know what’s going on… Help would be appreciated!
