Could you help me please? The same problem as others. There’s nothing showing up whatsoever.
Your theme need to be updated with latest version of jQuery javascript library. It loads version 1.6.1.
Minimum requirement for plugin is jQuery v1.8
Latest WordPress uses jQuery v1.10.2
I can try to update your theme with new script but I need FTP access or WP Dashboard access. Reply in Private on Forum or use Contact page.
Done! Now gallery works.
Great service! Thank you!
No problem. Thanks for quick fix!)
Can you help me? I have installed and set up Phantom, but it is not showing on my page. The url is:

Thanks so much!
Seems like page have no gmedia shortcode inserted in it.
Oops, Sorry. The link is:

Thanks for taking a look!
Gmedia Gallery plugin even not installed or activated on your site. The link you posted is just the page with photos from WP Media Library.
I am having a similar problem, whenever I insert the shortcode and preview the changes there is nothing at all. Attached is a screenshot of that and here’s the page I’m trying to put the gallery on: http://markbrandoncontracting.com/portfolio/
We are still using the old gallery until we can figure out what the issue with Gmedia is. Though from reading through the forum I have suspicion it may be our theme interfering. I can probably make you an account to take a look at it, but if there is anything I could do myself just let me know.
Thanks
– Lauren
I need you to insert shortcode on the page, so I can see if there is some errors. Of course better if you create account for me… in this way your problem will be fixed faster.
