    I bought a license today and try to brig some audio files to my wordpress site.
    I uploaded some files and clicked on “Create & Save WaveForm”, but nothing happens! I was waitung 10 minutes without a result!
    On the website I can see the gallery with the files but the music is not playing and there are no waves to see!
    What can I do?

    It’s could be plugins conflict. Some plugin call error on the Gmedia admin pages and break plugin functionality.
    I need access to your WP Dashboard in order to fix this.

    Seems like your server denied access to mp3 files. Check your .htaccess file for deny rules or ask your hosting provider to help you with this.
