    Hi, I run on WordPress 4.1.10 and customizr theme 1.2.16 and when I click on the button on any page, I get nothing…see video link of what happens…

    Perhaps, there is some javascript error on the page (plugins conflict). I need access to your WP admin, so I can try to solve your problem.
