    I understand the module can not be created for some mobile devices and there is an alternate way of showing them. But is there a way to stop hundreds of thumbnails on the page? Is some kind of pagination possible?

    Not possible in Optima module. Try Phantom / Phantom Pro module.

    The reason I got this software was for this module. Wanted random sorting and view count

    All modules have random sorting and almost all modules have view / like counter.
