UP LOAD PHOTOS / MUSIC BUTTONS

I’ve been communicating with the forum, trying to find out what’s wrong with these GMedia Galleries, and I haven’t received an answer since December 14th, 2013. I’m having two problems.

1. The download and pay buttons don’t work in the music player.

2. The upload function doesn’t doesn’t upload 31MB of photos into my files properly.

If you can not fix these issues, I’d like to request a refund so I can find something that works.

1) There is no download or pay buttons, but there is button which you define yourself. You can name it Download or Buy or whatever you want in player settings.
Note that button will not displays if you don’t fill Link field for mp3 file (You can do it when edit file on Gmedia Library page)

2) This need closer investigation. You can give me temporary access to your WordPress admin panel, so I can try to fix this problem.
