Plugin Greyed Out

I’m having trouble using the free version of the gallery plugin – it installs fine, but then when I go to import images the pop box comes up but then a grey overlay takes over the whole screen and I can’t click on anything to create a gallery. Has anyone else had this?

Go to Gmedia Settings and try tick “Enable Gmedia admin panel Isolation Mode”.
