Problem with licence activation

Hi,
I’ve just bought a license but can’t activate it.
My order number: #5702

I think that issue is in site url where licence is assigned.
We have two websites:
1 – http://www.kamkam-visuals.tv (first wordpress)
and
2 – http://www.kamkam-visuals.tv/blog (second wordpress) – gallery is used on this site

When I entered site url: http://www.kamkam-visuals.tv/blog into form on your website,
url has been shortened to http://www.kamkam-visuals.tv

Should I need a licence for subdomain (www.kamkam-visuals.tv/blog)?
Can you please change it, or maybe there is another problem?

License Key related to domain only, so all folders after slash will be ignored. License key will work on both your websites (if both powered by wordpress).
