CipherincParticipantI tired to install the Gmedia Real Slider. I will not install. I just receive the populating signal.

RattusKeymasterTry install it manually via FTP.
1) Download module https://codeasily.com/download/realslider-module-zip/
2) Unzip and upload it to ‘/wp-content/grand-media/module/’ folderNovember 13, 2014 at 23:03 #3891

RattusKeymasterYou can download modules from admin. Go to Gmedia Modules admin page -> right mouse click on install button -> choose Save as… to save module zip on computer.
Also you can go to https://codeasily.com/portfolio/gmedia-gallery-modules/ -> visit every module demo and click on “Downloads counter” link to download module zip.November 16, 2014 at 21:07 #3899

RattusKeymasterI’ve installed all latest versions of premium modules. Deleted modules from gmedia plugin folder.
Also I’ve fixed script for updating modules, so now it should work on your server.November 20, 2014 at 02:18 #3911

CipherincParticipantWhat would make the titles for the Phantom not work with Google Chrome Web Browser, and Opera Web Browser?
November 20, 2014 at 21:46 #3923
RattusKeymasterI’ve checked in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Labels shows for me in admin panel when edit gallery. Maybe on frontend some problems? Send me link to the page with gallery where labels or tooltips not work.

RattusKeymasterIt works for me on both browsers, but I can see there is JS error on the page generated by theme. Try to fix it or ask theme’s developer to fix it and maybe this resolve your problem:
TypeError: $(…).placeholder is not a function
/wp-content/themes/boemia/js/jquery.custom.js
Line 61OR just comment or delete line 61 in file jquery.custom.js

CipherincParticipantI’m not sure where to find line 61 it doesn’t appear in the File Manager.
