Reducing the default size of the uploaded thumbnails

Hi, really like the Gmedia Gallery plugin, it has some great functionality, but one thing I am struggling with is the dimension size of the thumbnails. All the thumbnails are at least 400×300 no matter how small the original. I can’t find any option in settings to get the thumbnail size down to something like 150×150, which is the setting in wordpress media settings. Can anyone help with this, very tempted to buy the product, just need to get the thumbnail size down for page speed purposes.
