Short code not showing images

1: All plugins except gmedia deactivated
2: Followed direction to the T.
A: Uploaded Images – 480 of them. – all images showing in the Gmedia Library
B: Album named and Tagged
C: created galleries – Afflux – shows all 490 images works fine in the preview area.
D: Shortcode: [gmedia id=4]
E: Created Post
F: Clicked button to insert short code into post
G: Published
H: Blank page

For giggles I changed the short code ID to 3
Post shows: #3: No gallery with ID #3 in database

So at least the data base is getting read.
