Suddenly I cannot upload files to Gmedia. It does nothing

We have used Gmedia for many months and all of a sudden it quit uploading files. I have uninstalled and re-installed the plugin, purchased the Premium Key for “Lifetime Support”, and I still cannot get the plugin to work properly to upload any pictures. Any Ideas?
