AnonymousInactiveHello:
We created a website for a client (www.tashaschuh.com) and the photo gallery (https://tashaschuh.com/photo-gallery/#/1) is randomly showing broken thumbnail errors. However, when clicking on the error – it still shows the image. We tried to not upload larger images than 500 px, changed the naming conventions to avoid dashes but still have the issue. Can you please help?

RattusKeymasterBe sure you have at least 128Mb of PHP Memory Limit on your server.
Also be sure that GD Library (needed for working with images) installed and enabled on your server.
You can see this information on Overview page.If all is OK, try go to Manage Galleries page -> edit galleries with broken thumbnails -> select images with broken thumbs -> in Action dropdown choose “Create new thumbnails” and click “Apply” button -> in popup click OK and wait till process ends.

AnonymousInactiveHello Rattus: I tried everything you suggested and more. The PHP Memory Limit is above 200Mb and the GD Library is also installed!
The error message is not with all thumbnails just with a few random ones – please take a look at http://www.tashaschuh.com and click on the right sidebar photo gallery.
