Unable to write to directory

When trying to upload images I get this error code. I did check that the ‘wp-content’ and ‘flagallery’ folders all have write permissions of (chmod 755). I am using this plugin on 5 other website with no issues.

Unable to write to directory /home2/vguzman/public_html/ernietsosie.com/wp-content/flagallery/photos-pictures. Is this directory writable by the server?
