Using Multiple Galleries

I have multiple galleries set up, with individual categories. Is there a way to have a master page that has each gallery separated into different categories and/or tags with a single thumbnail to represent/link to that particular gallery? I’m looking to have it set up like so:

2005:
Gallery 1 Gallery 2 Gallery 3

2006:
Gallery 1 Gallery 2 Gallery 3

Etc…

Create separate gallery where each image have link to different gallery page.
