fyi …The latest update wouldn’t finish the standard install procedure of WordPress. As I recall?? it reported trouble removing the old plugin. And none of my grand-media web pages would work I went in to the plugin folder and removed it manually. Then downloaded a fresh install from wordpress.org and did a new install which worked OK. My Grand Media web pages started working correctly. However, I still can’t get any of my modules with likes/views to display likes/views correctly – this was a pre-existing condition.

Perhaps, some of your server settings restrict access to plugin’s php file which count views and likes.
