    Works on my test websites. Maybe it’s plugins conflict.
    You can also go to Modules page and click Create Gallery on chosen module.

    Yes, I went on the modules page and I created a gallery. Thank you very much.
    But I wonder still that can help create a gallery from the galleries page.
