Video widget issue

Hello,

I get into troubles to add a video on my home page.
I am using the Attitude theme.
I upload a video flv file in FLAGallery. And I added a FLAGallery video widget but then there is no video in the playlist… How to see the videos I uploaded in this playlist? (my video appears in the library).
